2. What the inspection includes (scope)

An inspection order includes an on-site and/or documented review of the used vehicle provided by the customer or seller for evaluation purposes.

• visual assessment of condition based on observable signs;
• collection of photo/video and notes as agreed in the order;
• identification of visible discrepancies, wear, damages, and signs of prior repairs that can be reasonably observed.

The report is prepared based on information available at the time of inspection and does not replace an expert examination, laboratory testing, or comprehensive diagnostics beyond the agreed scope.

3. What cannot be confirmed (limitations)

• We do not guarantee the vehicle’s history (accidents, mileage records, ownership history) unless explicitly supported by provided documents.
• We do not guarantee engine/gearbox internal condition if it is not directly verifiable through tests included in the order.
• We may not confirm hidden defects that are not observable during the inspection.
• Any estimates are opinion-based on observable evidence and are not a certificate of technical eligibility for operation.

You must provide accurate access and reasonable cooperation to perform the agreed inspection.

4. Reliance on the report; non-guarantee

The inspection report is provided for informational purposes to help you make an informed decision. By ordering, you acknowledge that we cannot and do not guarantee the absence of defects not assessable within the agreed scope.

Where the law in Ukraine requires mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Other claims that exceed mandatory protections are subject to the liability limits in Section 6.

5. Price, availability, and ordering

Prices shown on the website are valid for the selected service option and period indicated at checkout (if applicable). Availability of specific time slots depends on scheduling.

We may reschedule an inspection in case of circumstances beyond our control (including access issues with the vehicle location) and will propose alternative time options where feasible.

6. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ukrainian law, axiomtierack.com is not liable for indirect losses (including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of anticipated benefits) arising from the use of the report or the customer’s decision to purchase the vehicle.

Our liability for any direct damages arising out of or related to the inspection (contract, tort, or other claims) is limited to the amount paid for the ordered inspection service, except where otherwise prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
